Bubble Out Bags

These are made out of 2 or 3 layer bubble films and are side sealed. And are widely used for packing of parts, accessories etc.

These come in three types bags.

  1. Plain bags
  2. Bags with resalable closure
  3. Bags with permanent closure

Bubble Mailers

Bubbles mailers are made from high strength polymers which are tear and weather-resistant. They come with permanent adhesive and are used for online shopping delivery as well as various other industries.

There are two type of options hard bubble (inverted shape-where bubble is extruded directly on printed film) & soft bubble (protruded shape –where bubble is extruded separately and then heat laminated with printed film during bag making machine). For smaller volumes hard bubble is not possible.

Bubble mailers are used by courier, parcel & e-commerce companies for the cushioned movement of the shipment.

Tamper Evident Bubble Mailers

These come with a higher level of tamper evidence security features giving an immediate irreversible sign that it’s been tampered with.
Used where chances of fraud are high like for shipping expensive items like mobile phones, jewellery precious stones etc. Where sign of tampering is needed.

Packing Bags

These bags are manufactured from LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE,HDPE,CPP,etc making it ideal for the automobiles industries.

It comes in various size with different types of packing, like side gusset, bottom gusset & side seal.with or without adhesive closure.
