Job Title : Sr. Manager / Manager Vendor Development
Grade : M-07 / M-08
Reporting to : GM - Business Development
Purpose of Job : To develop new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and be the conduit between the company and the supplier. To identify, develop and continually improve the process of vendor evaluation to ensure highest quality material on time within budgeted cost.
Job Description :
  1. Define and Drive robust supplier qualification processes.
  2. Identify, evaluate and develop region wise & SKU wise supplier network to ensure timely availability of products.
  3. Assess existing and new supplier’s capability to meet requirement of product, quality and capacity as per end customer’s requirement.
  4. Drive improvement and innovation utilising Lean Methodologies, Supplier Scorecard and supplier audits.
  5. Track the supplier’s performance indicators, based on their scorecards and rankings, to facilitate and develop the supply base’s ability to consistently meet or exceed defined expectations.
  6. Develop positive relationships and work closely with sourcing team to manage, implement and track design changes, capacity studies and New Product Introductions.
  7. Specify and develop product acceptance/test procedures that relate to a complex process (state-of-the-art) or highly complex product
  8. Drive cost effective improvements to Quality and Manufacturing processes, minimising waste, introduce new products and improve product design at vendor’s premises.
  9. Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends

Desired Profile : Incumbent should be /have :
  • B.E. Plastic Engineering with 10-12 ears of experience of vendor development of packaging materials
  • Experience of developing vendors for multiple packing products at multiple locations at a time
  • Should be willing to travel
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Shall be able to play strategic role by initiating & executing cost saving projects

Job Title : Sr. Territory /Territory Manager
Grade : M-07 / M-08
Reporting to : National Sales Head / Area Manager
Purpose of Job : To Represent Dynaflex and its Products in assigned territory and ensure achievement of budgeted revenue numbers. Keep a track of market conditions and competitions movements / actions and pitch in Dynaflex’s products in market.
Job Description :
  1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  8. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  9. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  10. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  11. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  12. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Job Description :
  1. Liase with both central government and state government and represent Dynaflex Products
  2. Identify need and offer solutions to various government agencies to replace existing products with Dynaflex’s solutions
  3. Keep track and participate in tendering process and maintain all process till order finalisation.
  4. Establish excellent information & relationship network to ensure sustainability of business growth.5. Achieve revenue targets from government sectors in assigned territory.

Purpose of Job :
  • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
  • Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.
  • Holds P & L Responsibility and ensures significant contribution in organisational future plan for growth.
Job Description :
  1. Responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the organization in close co-ordination with the senior management based on organizational objectives & verticals and ensure its timely implementation of the same.
  2. Develop annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget. Contribute in the conceptualization, execution and measurement of each marketing initiatives.
